Welcome to CraveOff. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CraveOff mobile application (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Use of the App

CraveOff is intended for a general audience and is suitable for users aged 13 and older, in accordance with platform requirements.

The App is designed for informational, motivational, and self-reflection purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Account Registration and Security

Some features of the App require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

CraveOff is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

CraveOff offers optional paid features through subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchases / Apple Pay or Google Play Billing / Google Pay
  • Subscription management is handled by third-party service providers
  • CraveOff does not store full payment or card details

Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the respective app store’s policies.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The App may include AI-assisted features that generate responses based on user input.

  • AI-generated content is provided for general informational and motivational purposes
  • AI responses do not replace professional or expert advice
  • CraveOff makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
  • You use AI-assisted features at your own discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
  • Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by CraveOff or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

CraveOff makes no warranties or representations regarding:

  • Availability or reliability of the App
  • Accuracy of content or AI-generated responses
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraveOff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
